Ernst & Young: recruitment event

EY had the pleasure of working with Trashbeatz! For one of our recruitent events we asked Trashbeatz to supervise group exercises. The assignment was to make music with trash together in a group. A very original way to gauge how candidates work together in a group. In addition, each candidate was assigned a role so that cooperation is central. This ensured that the exercise was completely in symphony with our expectations.
